This is a nice and fun out-and-back hike around the town of Buenavista del Norte, Tenerife, following the trail "PR-TF 53.1 Tierra del Trigo" in the wonderful Sitio de Interés Científico del Barranco de Ruiz, in the Parque Rural de Teno. The route starts in Cuevas Negras and continues through Barranco el Salto, Barranco el Til, and Tierra del Trigo.
